Acting for several underwriters, the firm has undertaken due diligence work and advised on listings of several companies and the offering of their shares. The partners have been involved as Greek counsels to international offering of shares of Greek companies, including a listing on NYSE. The firm has recently advised the issuers of convertible bonds in a series of issuances of debt instruments.
