Capital markets and securities is one of the areas of expertise of our firm. Highlight of 2026 was our role – as joint counsels (together with Souriadakis Tsibris)- of ADMIE Holding SA, the listed and state controlled major shareholder in ADMIE (IPTO) the Greek Grid operator, in the recent Share Capital Increase of an amount of EUR 530 mil implemented on June 2026. The transaction involved a domestic public offering as well as an international tranche (private placement) with US style documentation, where we cooperated with US firms, as well as a rather demanding holdco-opco structure, with double share capital increase on holdco -opco level. The offering involved a full backstop by the Hellenic Republic (HR) and various governmental / EU approvals. Our firms provided comprehensive legal support to the Issuer and the HR throughout the structuring and completion of this high-profile and successful transaction.

Acting for several underwriters, the firm has undertaken due diligence work and advised on listings of several companies and the offering of their shares. The partners have been involved as Greek counsels to international offering of shares of Greek companies, including a listing on NYSE.
