Our firm, acting for various private equity funds and their managers, has: (i)  incorporated such private equity funds and their management companies and drafted agreements with unitholders, (ii)  drafted agreements for the investment on target companies, together with security and ancillary documents, (iii) negotiated and implemented exits from such investments.
