During 2021, our law firm, acting on behalf of foreign investors, conducted a legal due diligence of the respective companies and projects, drafted the acquisition and the security agreements, negotiated and completed the acquisition of 24MW of wind farms. The acquisitions referred to companies and energy communities holding such projects.
During 2021, our law firm, acting on behalf of a leading global industrial and energy company undertook the legal due diligence and the drafting of SPAs of companies that own photovoltaic power stations under development with a total capacity of 1,470.00 MW. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 2022.
